At the ulnar end of the transverse crease of the wrist, in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of m. flexor carpi ulnaris.

At the wrist joint, on the radial side of flexor carpi ulnaris, in the depression at the proximal border of the pisiform bone.
How To Find It
The location of this point is normally given in relation to the crease of the wrist. Since the wrist creases are superfical and variable anatomical feature it is better to locate this point in relation to the underlying pisiform bone.

The medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve; on the ulnar side, the ulnar nerve.

The ulnar artery and ulnar nerve lie adjacent to this point.

Puncture perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 inch.
  • Deadman
Perpendicular insertion 0.3 to 0.5 cun or oblique proximal, medially or distal inserrtion 0.5 to 0.8 cun.
