Symptoms:

menses: 1-2 months late the last two times, no cramps, less to no clots, light

student life

tender points on spleen channel with minimal edema on knee cap area and minimal flat on Spleen 6

tongue: some patchy on spleen area with minimal thin coating

I went to China town about a year ago and bought the herbs and prepared them

The formula seemed to work but it really hyped me I could not sleep

"I live in Sweden and my TCM doctor gave some of his private stock of herbs (he says it´s very hard to find good quality herbs outside of China) to me including Astragalus, Salvia Root and some Ginseng.

He said I needed more herbs and suggested that I´d go with him to China next time he goes. However after finishing the herbs he gave me I ordered some online which turned out to be MUCH weaker in taste than the ones he gave me. "Hi, I've been taking herbal brews from a TCM practioner for more than a year. Although some of my ailments have improved, I've noticed each time when he prescribe me something for stomach ailments be it heat or damp, I will get a bad yeast infection. He knows about this but up till today I haven't have a peaceful time when taking his brew as it will always leads to itchy candida. Anyone can shed some light?"

"I do not have this chronically....it is justy something that has come up in the past week or so, but I cannot seem to shake it and am feeling handicapped by it right now not being able to really get anything done or tiring from doing anything like organizing. My jaw also feels tight and painful. In terms of TCM, my acupuncturist suggested that I have a lot of stagnant qi in my legs (I like to do qi gong to try and shake it out), slight heart blood deficiency and can be prone to disharmony between the spleen and kidneys.
