Added ''Post'' '''Herb recs for brain fog''' to forum "Patients Seeking Answers" on ''12/2/2011''"I do not have this chronically....it is justy something that has come up in the past week or so, but I cannot seem to shake it and am feeling handicapped by it right now not being able to really get anything done or tiring from doing anything like organizing. My jaw also feels tight and painful.
In terms of TCM, my acupuncturist suggested that I have a lot of stagnant qi in my legs (I like to do qi gong to try and shake it out), slight heart blood deficiency and can be prone to disharmony between the spleen and kidneys.
