On the dorsum of the hand, midway between the transverse wrist crease and metacarpophalangeal joint.

On the dorsum of the hand, two points located between the second and third and fourth and fifth metacarpal bones, in the depressions lying immediately distal to the bases of the metacarpals.
How To Find It
Slide a finger proximally along the back of the hand towards the wrist, in the groove between the metacarpal bones until it reaches the tender depression just proximal to the junction of the metacarpals.
