Innervation: The eighth intercostal nerve.	Vasculature: The eighth intercostal artery and vein.
Cautions: Deep needling may penetrate the peritoneal cavity in thin patients. Deep needling may penetrate an enlarged spleen.	Technique: CAM Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1.0 inch. Deadman Perpendicular insertion 0.5 to 1 cun.
