How To Find It
This point is also known as lateral Xiyan, forming a pair with medial Xiyan (MN-LE-16) which lies immediately below the patella and medial to the patellar ligament.

With the knee flexed and supported by a rolled pillow. 1. Perpendicular insertion directed towards Weizhong BL-40 1 to 2 cun. 2. Oblique insertion in a medial and superior direction behind the patella 1 to 2 cun. 3 Behind the patellar ligament to join with medial Xiyan (MN-LE-16).
